Yes. Players use Rallio for free — creating an account, browsing courts, joining games, viewing coach profiles and checking the leaderboard cost nothing. You only pay when you book a court or a coaching session.
What is the difference between Rallio and Movee or Winero?
Movee and Winero focus on court booking and club management for arenas. Rallio covers those and adds purpose-built apps for players and coaches — open-game matchmaking, ELO rankings, tournaments and community tools — so one platform serves all three audiences.
Can I migrate to Rallio from another booking system?
Yes. Rallio's team can import your existing member list, court configuration and historical bookings, so you switch without losing data. Most arenas are fully operational within one day.
Does Rallio prevent double-bookings?
Yes, at the database level. Rallio uses PostgreSQL exclusion constraints so two bookings can never overlap on the same court, no matter how many people book at the same time.
